Hi Volunteers! My name is Kellie Johnson and I am the Assistant Athletic Coordinator, Head Tennis Coach and Health teacher here at Robert E. Lee High School. This year marks my 18th year in NEISD and 16 here at Lee.
I graduated from MacArthur HS (NEISD) in 1994, Texas Tech University in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in General Studies and then from Texas State (previously known as Southwest Texas State University) in 2000 with a Masters Degree in Education and a minor is Special Education as well as my teaching certification.
My husband Patrick and I have three amazing children: Barrett 12,
Landry 10 and Cooper 8. Together we enjoy the outdoors, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
At Lee
Here at Lee I teach students Health Education. This course covers many great units that all students can relate to. From Personal Safety, Leading a Healthy Lifestyle, Drugs and Alcohol, Nutrition and Fitness as well as Human Sexuality and Abstinence Education, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification. I truly love this course and enjoy building relationships with all my students.
