Below are some great links to different Aerobic exercises. Each lesson is broken up by weekly topics and are followed by journal writing. It's always a great idea to keep track of your fitness times as well as how you felt when you completed the activity.
Beginning Class Assignment (1st week)
Walk 1 mile (Tuesday)
Interval Training: Walk 5 minutes; Jog 3 minutes; Repeat for a total of 30 minutes (Wednesday)
Interval Training: Walk 5 minutes; Jog 5 minutes; Repeat for a total of 30 minutes (Thursday)
Interval Training: Walk 2 minutes; Jog 5 minutes; Repeat for a total of 30 minutes (Friday)
